Where are GÜNTHER watches assembled?
Current prototypes are assembled by Geoff as part of the development process. Production plans will be shared as the brand evolves.
What movements will GÜNTHER use?
The first learning prototypes use the NH35 movement. Production watches are planned to use premium automatic movements appropriate to each collection, with Japanese and Swiss movement options planned for future models.
What makes GÜNTHER different?
Thoughtful engineering, restrained design, premium finishing, and complete transparency. Every prototype, success, and lesson learned is shared as GÜNTHER grows from concept to production.
Why share prototypes and concept artwork?
Because GÜNTHER is being built in public. The gallery and journal document the real design process, including prototypes, lessons learned, and improvements along the way.
Can I suggest ideas or provide feedback?

Will there be limited editions?
Yes. While details haven't been finalized, GÜNTHER plans to offer limited production runs and special projects alongside core collections.
Will replacement straps and bracelets be available?
That's the goal. Future watches are planned to support quick-release straps and bracelets for easy changes.
Can I join a mailing list?
Not yet, but you'll be able to subscribe once the first production release gets closer.
Why build the brand publicly?
Many brands appear overnight with a finished product. GÜNTHER is taking a different approach. Every prototype, mistake, lesson learned, and design decision is documented so you can follow the journey from the very beginning.
Why the name GÜNTHER?
GÜNTHER is my family surname. While the spelling evolved after my ancestors immigrated to the United States in the 1800s, I chose the traditional German spelling to honor my family's heritage. Designed in Arizona, the brand is inspired by the craftsmanship, engineering, and timeless design traditions of German watchmaking.
